Butternut Squash Soup II

Comments:  Even our 5 year old loved this.  I used a 1 1/2 pound butternut squash and omitted the celery and salt.  I also baked the squash first as some of the commenters on AllRecipes suggest, but may not do that every time.  I had a serving with a dollop of sour cream and without and both were delicious.

Creamy Cauliflower Soup II

Comments:  This cauliflower soup is delicious!  The first time I made it, I could not stop eating it; I kept sneaking some out of the pot and nearly burning my mouth!  :)   My children eat it up as well, which is a great bonus.  I like that it uses potatoes for the creaminess, not cream.   I substituted 1 T. orange juice for the sherry the recipe calls for.
